TLC Terms & Conditions; Nationwide & Just Eat Flex Student Reward relating to accounts opened on or after July 1st 2025, and before this offer is withdrawn.

  1. Eligibility:
    1. This promotion is open to United Kingdom residents aged 18 or over, that open a valid Nationwide FlexStudent account within the promotional period (see section 2). Full terms for opening an account and qualifying for the promotion can be found here
    2. Current valid email address required. Internet access required.

       
  2. Duration of promotion:
    1. Open a valid Nationwide FlexStudent account on or after July 1st 2025, and before this offer is withdrawn. Full terms and eligibility criteria apply. The offer can be changed, replaced or withdrawn at any time without notice. 
    2. Voucher Portal Registration Period: Customers must register their claim within 30 days of receiving their unique claim code via email from Nationwide. 
       
  3. The Reward: £120 (one hundred and twenty GBP) of Just Eat vouchers. Supplied in 12 x £10 (ten GBP) increments.
    1. Voucher one to be available on successful completion of registration.
    2. Subsequent vouchers to be available on the 1st of every month thereafter until a total of 12 have been made available. 
    3. Each voucher will be available to download from the voucher portal justeat.nationwide.co.uk via a customer account (see section 4 for more detail). 
    4. Voucher one will be available to claim for 30 days, Each new voucher (vouchers two – twelve) will be available to claim until the end of that particular month – e.g if a voucher becomes available to claim on 1st November 2024 it will be available to claim until 23.59 on 30th November 2024. After this time period has elapsed the voucher will no longer be available to access or download and will be forfeited. It is a customer sole responsibility to access the Voucher Portal to claim and do so within the allotted timeframes.

  4. How to participate:
    1. A customer must open a valid Nationwide FlexStudent Account and meet the full terms and eligibility criteria to qualify.
    2. When eligible to claim a customer will receive an email from Nationwide containing their unique Voucher Portal registration code and the URL to the Voucher Portal to register their claim 
    3. customer must then visit the Voucher Portal and complete the registration form within the next 30 days of receiving their unique registration code by providing:
      1. Name
      2. Valid email address 
      3. Unique claim code supplied by Nationwide 
      4. Password (to allow return visits to the site to claim) 
      5. Refer a Friend code (if the customer has received one it must be entered at this point) 
    4. It will not be possible to register on  the Voucher Portal or claim any vouchers after the expiry of 30 days.
    5. Successful registrations will result in the creation of a customer account and the availability of Voucher one which is a £10 (ten GBP) Just Eat Voucher
    6. On the next 1st of the month the second voucher will become available
      1. Vouchers will automatically be made accessible on the ’Your rewards’ page within the Voucher Portal  on the 1st of each subsequent month, and available until  23.59 of the last day of that month. After which point they will expire and not be available. No notification will be sent advising a new voucher is available. It is the responsibility of the customer to log in and download during the claim period.
      2. To redeem a voucher a customer must click to download the voucher and then follow the below steps to load into their Just Eat account ready for use 
    7. Just Eat Digital Voucher important Info:
      1. The Digital voucher is to the value of £10 must be used on the Just Eat website or App and must be added to the ‘Account Credit’ section on the customers Just Eat account.  
      2. Customer must sign in or register for a Just Eat account to add the Digital voucher to their account.  
      3. This Digital voucher should be treated as cash and is non-exchangeable and non-refundable.  
      4. If the total order value is higher than the Digital voucher total, customer can use their own debit or credit card to pay the difference.  
      5. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

  5. No cash or other alternative voucher will be provided in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, it may be necessary to substitute similar reward(s) of equal or greater value. The vouchers have no monetary value, are non-transferable, cannot be resold, auctioned or exchanged.
     
  6. Unused vouchers cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned.
     
  7. Any tax liability arising from receipt of a voucher will be the responsibility of the customer
     
  8. Any additional costs which may be incurred in this promotion in the context of participation, such as internet costs and other additional services that go beyond those described services for the voucher fulfilment are not included in the voucher shall be the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid by customers separately. 
     
  9. Only complete registrations will be accepted. 
     
  10. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide correct, up-to-date details when participating in the promotion.
     
  11. The promotion will not be open to any individual; that: 
    1. has not opened an eligible Nationwide FlexStudent Account 
    2. has not met the full Nationwide terms and eligibility criteria
    3. has not completed the claim process by completing all requested entry fields on the Voucher Portal correctly, within the timeframe provided. 
    4. Has since closed their Nationwide FlexStudent account.
       
  12. Refer a Friend: Earn an additional £20 Just Eat  vouchers  for yourself and a friend (£20 each) up to a maximum of two (2) times . Eligible customers who have successfully completed the registration process on the Voucher Portal are able to Refer up to two (2)  individuals. In order to successfully complete the process the below steps must be followed:
     
    1. Once a customer has completed registration process on the Voucher Portal process (as outlined in ‘How to Participate’) and logged into their account they can navigate to the Refer a Friend page.
    2. The customer is able to generate a unique Refer a Friend code– up to a maximum of two (2) codes can be generated.
    3. Codes are single use and should only be given to one (1) individual. Subsequent uses of the same code will be invalid.
    4. Maximum of two (2) individual Refer a Friend codes can be generated and used. Under no circumstances will additional codes be awarded.  
    5. Referred individual must enter their Refer a Friend code during the registration process on the Voucher Portal – by selecting ‘Yes’ to “do you a Refer a Friend code” and entering the unique Refer a Friend code they were issued with. Please note to qualify for the additional Refer a Friend vouchers the code must be entered during the registration process. No exceptions will be made after registration.
    6. Upon successful validation the additional £20 Just Eat voucher  will be automatically added to both reward accounts (to that of the individual who generated the Refer a Friend code and the referred individual using the code). £20 value is in the form of 2 x £10Just Eat Vouchers.
    7. The £20 Just Eat referral voucher credit will be available for 30 days with the Rewards section of the Voucher Portal once logged in
    8. New Refer a Friend codes can be generated until 31st October 2025 after which point no new codes can be generated.
    9. All Refer a Friend codes must be entered into the Voucher Portal at the first time of registering (as outlined in ‘How to Participate’) otherwise they will expire and will not be available to use. 
       
  13. The Promoter and the Administrator reserve the right to reject those entries or claims which it considers, in its absolute discretion, are fraudulent or invalid.  
     
  14. This promotion shall be administered by TLC Worldwide UK Ltd (TLC). If for any reason any individual encounters a problem with this promotion, please visit the contact us form.
     
  15. Any individual taking advantage of this promotion do so on complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.   
     
  16. The Administrator will not in any circumstances accept any liability for personal loss, damage or injury suffered by any participant participating in the promotion. Your statutory rights are unaffected. Nothing here is intended to exclude any liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence or generally for intent as well as for gross negligence. 
     
  17. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Administrator or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants to avoid undue disappointment. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Administrator and which prevents the Administrator from complying with these Terms and Conditions, the Administrator will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.  
     
  18. The Administrator has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Administrator will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, customer error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent participation in the Promotion.  
     
  19. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.  
     
  20. These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising therefrom, shall be subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
     
  21. “The Administrator” is responsible for fulfilling the vouchers. Any data captured in the fulfilment of the Promotion by TLC will only be used for validation of entries and for the delivery of voucherss, unless we have your consent. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential. Data will be stored for 3 months from the Promotion end date, after which the data will deleted.   22. The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding.
